Mission Statement
Common Wellbeing's mission is to improve humanity's wellbeing through health, economic resilience and compassionate human connection.
Common Wellbeing’s Approach:
Common Wellbeing designs, incubates, co-funds and launches programs in health, economic resilience, women’s empowerment and compassionate human connection.
Programs and Initiatives:
Common Wellbeing’s mission is to empower well-being. This includes both designing, developing and deploying on the ground non-profits and social ventures. It also includes thought leadership, education and systems level change.
Health, Economic Resilience and Women Empowerment Programs:
Common Wellbeing’s inaugural non-profits and social ventures focused on health, economic resilience and women’s empowerment are based in Zambia. Zambia is a nation of young and high potential individuals and communities. It is also a nation that will benefit from enhanced access to health, entrepreneurial social ventures and women empowerment.
Our three core activities are Anchor Health, Ethica Farms and Kuwala.
Anchor Health is a mobile health service that serves both peri-urban and rural communities.
Ethica Farms is a social enterprise focused on producing and delivering highly nutritional agricultural products.
Kuwala is a non-profit focused on empowering women with skills in social enterprise, agricultural businesses and community health.
Common Wellbeing Generosity Initiative is our organization’s initiative to advance compassionate human connection. Its goal is to increase philanthropic engagement in the US, deepen human connection and increase wellbeing through a giving culture.
Our thesis is that compassionate human connection is directly tied to improved wellbeing. And that is should be an integral part of one’s well-being routines and programs.
